What if my file is too big?
The word, file and ZIP caps are the same on every pack. ZIPs up to 50 MB, single files up to 5 MB. Split larger batches — each split counts as one run.
Do you store my card?
No. Stripe handles payment. We never see or store your card details. One-time charge, no auto-renew.
What if I lose my download link?
Your job ID is the key to your manage page — all files, all runs, full window. Enter it on your manage page. No login, no email needed.
